Day Restorative Justice Refresher Course - Maidstone Kent 28th February

Our next half day refresher course will be for those delegates that have
already received some restorative approaches training who wish to take the
opportunity to reflect and develop their practice. We look at conference
preparation, restorative scripts and informal restorative circles to resolve
conflict. During the workshop we will examine:

Day Introductory Workshop to Restorative Justice & SEAL - Maidstone Kent

Our next half day SEAL and Restorative Approaches workshop will introduce and
update delegates to RJ and SEAL. We explore how these are linked and how they
impact on behaviour within school. We look at benefits restorative practice and
SEAL can bring a school. During the day we will examine how linking SEAL and
restorative approaches can:
- RJ and SEAL introduction and update
- How restorative practice and SEAL develops emotional literacy, personal
responsibility, accountability & conflict resolution skills for everyone
within school including parents
- How implement a more develop the social and emotional aspects of learning -
what it means and how to ensure that your school is meeting its targets and
aspirations.

Our next three day Restorative Justice Conference Facilitation training will
enable delegates to build the necessary skills to use formal restorative
justice conference facilitation to resolve conflict and repair harm. We explore
the benefits restorative language and how a shared vocabulary can build
communication skills. Delegates also have the opportunity to look at how to use
restorative circles and informal restorative chats to create a positive
