Restorative Justice 4 Schools Ltd is
launching a complete restorative approaches solution package that will
support your school from consultation to implementation in one smooth process.
Restorative approaches have progressively achieved national recognition over
the past few years as a tool that can hugely impact on emotional literacy,
behaviour and attendance within educational environments.
Restorative Justice 4 Schools can support your school, or
organisation, through the whole consultation and implementation process. We
have a wealth of experience working with both primary and secondary schools and
have worked extensively with local partnership pilots, exclusion centres, pupil
referral units and alternative curriculum centres.
We have designed a flexible, bespoke training package to support your through
the whole process for schools in London and Kent only.
Our package includes:
- Free Initial presentation to Head/SMT
- 1 Day whole school training day
- 2 Mid-day Supervisor or Learning Mentor workshops
- 3 Day Restorative Justice Conference Facilitation Training for up to 4
members of staff.
- Plus 10 hours of support that can be taken in a number of
ways:
1-1 consultation with school
1-2 Further training for staff
1-3 Conference support
Parent/Governor presentation
- Plus our restorative approaches implementation pack
- And a bespoke follow on training package for school staff
to cascade down in CPD sessions to ensure sustainability
